But now, President Trump has five days to decide whether to release the memo or object to it. And already, the president is under immense pressure from Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ Department of Justice NOT to release the memo. If stories about the contents of the memo are correct, this bombshell summary of the House Intelligence Committee’s investigation could expose systemic abuses of power and extreme political bias within the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation. “Watergate on steroids” is how some members of Congress are characterizing it. Even before Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee voted to release the memo, the Deep State — aided by statist apologists and their allies in the media — is trying to ensure this memo never sees the light of day.
