Sunniest Cities in the U.S. – NerdWallet

Good table.
Also need temp not too hot or cold.
You need to get out around noon for an hour in bikini to get sun all over. And peer pressure to stay in shape. People stay indoors of to hot or cold or wear too much clothes.

Good to have additional hours of sun in clothes too.

Also southern latitude so days do not get too long or short disrupting sleep patterns.
